Make Poverty History Festival Where and when: Saturday 18 November, Alexandra Gardens, Melbourne, 10am to 8pm Acts/speakers: A family day out with multicultural music and dance from David Bridie & Telek, Vox Congo, Bad Boys Batucada, and DJ’s Andrew Till, Dom Hogan, Sista BB and Jenni Daggers (more to be announced.) Also children’s activities, workshops, international speakers, stalls representing a range of Make Poverty History agencies, and a fair trade and sustainable living market.
